What if the mother doesnt has milk? What would be the better way to feed the baby?

Hi Doc,
I have a healthy 11 month old daughter who has been predominantly breastfed, milk supply has been low more recently and we have had to substitute breastmilk with powder formula.
I would like to get my daughter off of this as i believe what you have stated in your video about the incorrect ratios of nutrients etc.
My question is if you have a recipe for home made formula that would be best to feed her with?
