Hi Dr morse!I just want you to know how much you helped us with our son who has autism.I switched to a fruit diet and I see miracles in my son!He has been on fruits for several weeks now and he does amazing progress.For a few days I gave him some salads and some steamed vegetables and he regressed again.Now I know that only fruits can heal,and everything you teached us is 100%true!Even if the vegetables are healthy too they do nothing when dealing with a neurological problem.I want everyone to know that only fruits can heal,there is no doubt anymore.If i didn’t test on him i would not believe.So, thank you for teaching us everything you know.You were sent from above to bring a light on earth when we are in pain!

  2. I love when Dr. Morse gets passionate like this in his videos!! The past 2 videos have been heat!! 🔥 So many of us are suffering due to the practices of the medical industry. We need to stop supporting them as a whole and WAKE UP!!

    I work in the health and nutrition field myself, and I’ve been learning so much from you over the years. You truly are one of my biggest teachers and inspirations. Your wisdom about detoxification and the lymphatic system has changed how I see healing completely.

    I’m writing here about my girlfriend.

    Two years ago she experienced severe IBS symptoms for the first time. She suffered intensely, daily pain, digestive distress, and it really affected her quality of life. Slowly we transitioned her into a cleaner vegan lifestyle, focusing on low-fat, whole plant foods. She started drinking my raw vegan smoothies in the mornings and using high-quality raw superfoods (organic, no chemicals). Within about a month her pain was completely gone. It was incredible to witness.

    She has continued working gently on her gut and detox pathway since then.

    However, two weeks ago, during her menstrual cycle, the pain returned suddenly. It starts mostly around lunchtime. She experiences sharp abdominal pain, pain on the sides, and it radiates into her lower back and even into her glute area. It feels almost nerve-like. There isn’t much gas, but the pain can be intense.

    We understand IBS and gut issues take time to heal, especially if the lymph and hormones are involved. But we’re unsure what may have triggered this flare during her period and what foods would best support her right now, especially in terms of calming the gut and supporting the microbiome while still allowing detox.

    Would you suggest going more mono-fruit? More cooked transitional foods during menstruation? Lower fiber temporarily? More mineral support?

    We would deeply appreciate your guidance. 🙏

    And again, thank you for the work you do. Your teachings are helping so many of us.
